Concept and Jazzy Lion Man met while marauding the east coast in a hotboxed sprinter van. They bonded behind their speedy creation processes and mutual passion for productivity. From there this project was born. Concept originating from New Orleans, and Jazzy Lion Man hailing from Delaware, the cultural mix perfectly blended. Allen Toussaints Southern Nights was the inspiration behind the projects theme. A fellow New Orleans native, he too took old sounds and refreshed them with a modern twist through sonic storytelling.
